hey there. i just bought my wpra permit in october. i'm wondering if procom accepts "OUT" as a second preference? if so, are there fees to do this? i know ppl pry try to take advantage of the option, i just need to be able to use it once lol. i read the rule book, and maybe i'm just blonde, but it really doesn't seem clear to me what you can get away with on preferences. thanks in advance :)
when I call in I jus give them my preferences, even tho 90% of the time im in slack. but if I get something I cant make cause of the time once I find out what draw I got, I will call an draw out I think you get 30 min after call backs before you get charged a fee.
