Thanks for asking as I too would like to know. I tried a set of the twisted crooked stirrups and didn't like them, the twist was too low and it the knob of my foot was constantly on that piece - didn't like the pressure. I liked the concept of them though.

I've tried the twisted crooked stirrups. Whal's brand and I didn't like them at all. It hit the balls of my feet wrong and hurt my feet. The tread was too narrow for me. So, I ordered the crooked stirrups. They are the most comfortable things ever! They aren't pretty by any means, but they have a wide enough tread that it doesn't hurt my feet and I think they are very easy to find with your foot when you swing your leg over. JMO :)
