My 2 year old and yearling got into my feed room last night and at almost an entire trash can full of Omolene 300. What can I do to prevent founder? Or will it hurt them that bad?

Watch them closely, and if they start acting like they don't feel good, call your vet. We had a gelding get into the feed room and he ate a whole bag of senior feed, half a bucket of oats and all 10 of his supplement bags and he didn't even bat an eye. We gave him some banamine just in case and didn't feed him the next day and he just happily chilled all day in the sun with a full belly. He was a 12 year old Appaloosa though, so I don't know if banamine would be good to give to your colts.

VET!!!! Tube and oil! Banamine too. Keep their feet in cold water if you can or at least try and make a mud pit and stand them in it until the vet arrives. Have had this happen before. Quick action is your friend. Better the vet bill than two foundered horses.
Tube! Then take empty IV bags cut the top full with ice and water. Place in hoof and duct tape around top. Usually around mid cannon bone. Have them stand in it. It will constrict the blood vessels and help prevent founder. Good luck!
No advice you have plenty all ready, just saying how scary, and hope that this turns out well for your horses. Silly things {horses} they are always looking to get them selves hurt some way some how.
