Anyone know anything about the biofit shim pad? I have a high wethered horse that needs some padding.

I have one and do like it. I think for high withers it would work well. I bought it because my gelding has really bad atrophy and I wanted to fill that spot in to get more even pressure. I bought one and then found out, the shim really wasn't in the spot that he needed it too. His withers are long on his atrophy is pretty far back on them. I would think if you just need padding or space filled it would work well. Pm me if you would be interested in mine since now that It doesn't work for me, I'm going to sale it and find something that will work better for my horse.

Are you talking about the Equine Classic biofit?? If so, I love mine.  It works out great for my two geldings

I too have a horse with muscle atrophy and the bio fit pad shims and not in the correct place for that.  i ended buying a bridge pad and i'm going to be trying that hopefully tonight if it gets here in the mail!

But i love my bio fit pad for high withered horses!  works great!
