I have looked into a lot of places to move to on here and had my heart set on Arizona (Buckeye). After missing out on 3 horse jobs I have been offered my dream job in Southern Oklahoma. Grandfield to be exact.

Anybody live near there? I'm going down to check the place out May 2nd and 3rd. I will know that weekend if i get the job. If I get it then I'll be moving down 2 weeks later :)

I live near there, about 45 minutes east but you're probably closer to Wichita Falls, tx than you are to me.  We just got some big store, kohls, target, and academy, which they already have had for years. I'm thinking that you're closer to Dallas than OKC too :).  Maybe they'll get on here, Runnin' C and the Miller's who train NFR rope horses are close to Grandfield. Summers are long and dry, average rain about 13" and brutal temps although it sounds like your game for that..... What are you needing? Will you be staying on your employers property?

Yes the horses and I will be on their property. I promise to spill the beans on the job if I get it ;)

I mainly am looking for people that live around there as I will know absolutely nobody and am solely moving for the job.

I currently live on the plains of Colorado and am used to horrible weather year round. 13" Of rain is a LOT to me. lol

I'm looking forward to a fresh start and my dream job!
