| Which do you think are better the iconolast or the classic equine legacy and why?? I'm trying to find new boots and can't figure out which one between these two brands!
Thanks,
Cheyenne :)) |

| I would go iconoclast.
Bought a pair of classic equine, and found them to not fit as well as I want. I also find my horses sweat under them after only wearing for an hour.
The iconoclast fit more horses don't hear up as much, and people like them so much they stole my hinds and left my classic equine

Location: Texas | I used to use the Iconoclast but after only a couple of runs my one horse wore holes in the backs of both hind boots. I contacted the guy that developed them and he said this will happen on horses that have large ergots on the backs of their fetlocks, which my one horse does. He was kind enough to send me a new pair. But I am afraid to use them cuz I don't want to ruin them after only a couple of runs. My horses need additional material on the back fetlocks to not wear thru them, at least on their back legs. I have a brand new pair of large hind in black, if you want to buy them PM me! |

| What size Iconoclast boots for the average horse? He's 15.1 with average bone.

| Bought my first pair of Iconoclast's a few months ago - love them! Don't think I'll be buying anything else after using them for a while. My horse is about 15.1, average sized horse, he wears a medium, and they fit just perfect. LOVE them! |

| I would definitely measure your horse's fetlocks and compare those measurements to the size chart on the Iconoclast website! I ended up going with large front boots and XL back boots for my 16.2 gelding. |

Mediums in front and back?
I only use them on the front, my horse hates back boots so I have to use polos - but based on how they fit on the front, he would need a large on the back without a doubt! |

You have to measure your horse. They are more specific in their sizing. My mare has to have larges. |

| I'm a professional choice gal, Classic Equine doesn't offer near enough support for my liking. I've never used Iconolast, so I can't comment on that, but if would use them over CE, which I think aren't worth the material they are made of. |

| Thank you to everyone replying! My classic equine Velcro is not sticking anymore! So I'm having to buy new and I haven't had them very long! But I am definitely going with iconolast! |
