I am looking to buy a living quarters trailer and I have been working diligently to get my credit all cleaned up and my score higher than it was a couple months ago and have been very successful. I would like to see what people recommend for a good Loan company. Who did you use for yours? Were they easy to work with what did they require and such. Did you put your Tax and Title fees in the loan? I am in Texas. Thank you in advance for your advice and help.

I just financed a newer living qrtrs trailer with First Internet Bank out of Indiana. Easy to work with, fast approval, but my credit's good too...they have many loan options I do believe like length of the loan and rate. Good luck! They were way easier to go through than my local credit union!

i saw a very good price on a used LQ that was 10 yrs old so no bank would loan money on it. My truck was paid off so I went to the credit union and got a loan on the truck; I got way more than i expected with less than 2% interest and it was in my account in about 30 minutes. next day got my trailer with money left over to fix some things on it and got new tires!

paying cash is the only way to buy one. especially used. the fact that this trailer was 10 yrs old and banks would not loan on it set me up for a very good price. the owner was tired of people wanting it and then not being able to get it financed. so when I finally came around with what I thought was a low ball offer, the owner took it!
