Just curious on what type of seat you ride in, a flatter seat or one with a little rise? I am having trouble getting too forward. I have talked to my saddle maker and although I have some rise in the seat, he said he could raise it a little more and it shouldn't throw me forward. But then I thought about an old cutting saddle I had a while back with a flatter seat and it didn't seem to throw me forward. I would think a little more rise would help, but maybe I need to go the flatter route. A friend has the same brand and it also throws her forward, but she prefers a different brand because it doesn't throw her forward and the rise is not as high .

I find it has more to do with where the stirrups hang. I find the Marta Josey saddles don't throw you forward as the stirrups are hung forward.

I agree with a saddle with a forward hung stirrup, it would help you 100 percent!! I know from experience..lol
