Ever have one of those days when everything seems to go wrong? You wake up late. The dog got into the trash during the night. There is no more milk. Everyone else in the house work up with an attitude. You forgot to set the garbage on the curb. The kids missed the bus. And all of that before you leave for work.
In my life, I have found out not only do life's curves balls constantly in every direction, but they come when I most need to stop and remember " the God of our salvation"
If God promises to "daily" (load) us with benefits." we owe it to ourselves to begin each day with the proper focus and recognition. We have a new day because of God. We have the breath we breathe because of God. We have another chance to THANK God for life now and everlasting. Have you done that today?
Psalm 68:19 Blessed be the Lord Who daily loads us with benefits, the God of our salvation!
Father, guide me this morning to do all things that will bring glory and honor to You. THANK You! that you release me with a new day, that I can start fresh with Your Word, and share time with You. AMEN
