Hancock horses can be full of personality....meaning they either buck or they don't. We've had quite a few.
They are hard workers and focused though. They usually tend to be a one person type horse too. They will work for other people but they have their favorite person.
The fastest horse I ever set foot on was a hancock mare x jet deck. She ended up getting too wide in the front end to be a good barrel horse, but she could still turn on a dime, but I didn't want to break her down making cross over like that at that speed. She was a great mountain horse and we jumped a few steers on her as well. But she would buck from time to time.
