| Thoes that know me know how much I love all my animals, and how special my one dog Della (hence my name on here) is to me.
A few days ago she went to sleep and never woke up. I miss her more than I thought you could ever miss a dog. She had a great long life and went very peacefuly, for that I am greatful.
I just wanted to share some of my favroite pictures of her if you all dont mind.
 (shes the left dog)
I cant belive I never got a picture of her working, she was a fastastic working dog.

Location: The South | Losing a good dog is so hard, I'm sorry. I almost lost it when my Corgi passed away suddenly 3 years ago. The hole in my heart was almost unbearable so I got a puppy, probably not the smartest thing but it helped a little. I'm so sorry for your loss. |

I lost my border collie, Slim Shady, three years ago and sometimes I still think I get a glimpse of her out of the corner of my eye. She was my best bud and hauling partner for almost 15 years. Big hugs to you....it is so hard to lose them, but the joy they bring us for the time we have them is worth the hurt we experience when they are no longer around. I know you miss her so very much and my heart aches with you!!! |

Location: Texas | You are in my prayers today. I know exactly how you feel. First of all I LOVE border collies and have had several. My last one was 16 when we had to put her to sleep. They are so special as are all my babies. I know mine are in heaven waiting for me. There is no doubt in my mind of that. Why would God deny you in heaven what you love so much on thsi earth?
