Location: Up and over to the right | I am looking at a new (to me) trailer and it is the same make and year as the BP I just sold. Mine had some minor roof leakage that we fixed up with some sealant but it still let a little water in.
Is there any protocol for testing the waterproof-ness of this new trailer? Would it be correct to ask if I can use a hose or pour some water on top w/ a bucket to see where it leaks?
I can patch a tiny spot or 2 but I don't want ANY water in the dressing room, especially if I do laminate floors.
(I am a GN trailer virgin and have a few other beginner questions about a few details).
It also has 2 awnings. They are manual I believe and not sure of the brand, are there videos of how to pull out awnings?
There is also an AC in the dressing room. I plan on insulating the DR, anyone have problems w/ leaks around the AC unit on the roof? He said the AC works through a plug on the outside of the trailer, do I have to park in a camp ground setting to use the AC?
