I bought a set from Crown Leather last year and my gelding hit a barrel last weekend and messed it up. I been trying I contact a few times a day ever sense. They don't answer the phone or emails. Does anyone know another way to get up with them? I got the number off there website but it's like a cell phone and no one answers or calls back.

Contacting them a few times a day seems a little excessive. Since it's not their fault I would assume they will not fix it on their dime...find another tack maker that is responsive that can fix it for you.

I know they won't pay for it or do it for free. I would just rather them do it because they made it. I don't mind paying for it. I talked to the guy that makes all my leather products and he can't fix it because it's white caiman leather and he would have to buy a whole hide.

Ok I will. I didn't even think about them having a Facebook page.

Yes. That's the way I always ordered or spoke with her about anything I needed. I hope you get your set fixed soon!

I emailed, called and facebooked several times. Finally had my name on the "list". Sent her a halter I wanted it all put on and after 2 months PAST my guessed date of just emailing her if it was about time to be started (she had contacted me that she had all the stuff to make it), I have YET to hear back...wait that was 3 months ago now. And she still has my halter. I REAKLLY needed it in the time frame she quoted me and ended up going with Cowboy Couture and got a beautiful halter. I could care less if she couldn't get it done in time, the not responding or emailing me back or calling really miffs me off. I knew ahead of time a lot of people had bad experinces, but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, plus her work is beautiful, no doubt about it.
