I have tried a Cornell Collar, but I would like to know if anyone has had any luck with the Miracle Bit or other bits along that line for horses with a displaced epiglotis? Thanks

This might not help but I used a hack on mine. When I used a bit he was a lot worse.

I would think the best thing to do would be to try various hackamores on him until you find just the right one for him.  I don't think I'd even be considering a bit on a horse with a displaced epiglotis.

The only bit proven to stop DDSP is the Winning Tongue Plate Bit. Contact them. A hackamore will make things worse. There is no other bit on the market other than the WTP bit that is proven to stop displacing.
