For he ones using the MM with other blends added such as the Gastro, joint, bleeder ect..... are u seeing a benefit from those additives. I'm sure they are not as strong as the joint plus or gastro plus but how much less is in the blends compared to the individual ones. I cant afford the individual ones right now but definitely looking into the MM with 4 additives.

any info would be helpful. Thanks and have a Blessed Day

I hope some others get on and share their experience as well, but I had a gelding with a chronic cough that started every time I asked him to lope (circles etc) and lasted anywhere from 5-10 minutes and then he was done for the rest of the ride. We are in WY and had a drought for several yrs. Everything was dusty, the corrals, the arena, the hay. And then of course being in WY we have wind like none other. I used the cough/breather blend in his Muscle Mass and within about 10 days-2 weeks he was barely coughing at all, maybe just dropping his head once or twice and then by a month he wasn't coughing at all. It was still dry and windy, nothing else had changed.

I've also had really good luck with the ulcer prevent too. If I have a severe case, I will use the GastroPLUS to really heal them up and then put them all on ulcer prevent as an additive. Unless something major happens, I haven't had to go back to the GastroPLUS. I have a yearling that likes to get hurt so he seems to have more tummy trouble due to the stress of pain (and I think all the stress of figuring out what to do to himself next ).

A few years ago my gelding would get a mild colic on a fairly regular basis. I treated him for ulcers and also used GastroPlus before we would make a run for about 6 months.

He has been on the add-on for at least 3 years now and hasn't had a colic since (knock on wood).

A good friend who runs pro and hauls extensively all over the country had her horse on it too. While he had some other health issues his stomach scoped perfectly clean. That was truly amazing to me. That horse was under a lot of stress.

I use the MM with ulcer, joint & THE. Before the THE my mare was in shape but not big and bulky by any means. She looked really racey. She also has a spur in her left stifle that I had to inject the first of April and she was bad about coming up body sore on me at random times.

Now, she is a big mare (we have been on it about a month). She has filled out quite a bit. We still have a ways to go but she still has some growing to do (she's 5). It just helped her look like a big horse more than a bean pole. Her butt looks awesome! I did have her injected on that left stifle on the first of April and I also have her on Adequan so the joint is there for anything else positive I can throw at her joints. I just started running her again this week and last night she made her first true right barrel turn going faster than a lope- before she didn't want to launch out of it so she would fade out. And since the MM: THE she has had zero body soreness. I check her pretty much every day, maybe every other day and since about day 10 on the MM w/ THE and have not had ANY responses of soreness.

Personally, my mare will never go without it again. It has been a blessing.

The 2 year old colt in my profile in that picture had been on muscle mass for 2 months. at 1/2 scoop every 2nd day only. Bob told me it was safe to give full dose, but I didnt think he needed it.

I give my running horse MM with respiratory, blood flow, calming I, and ulcer prevent. He also coughs when warming up if it is dry and dusty, then he is good. After the supplement the cough either reduces considerabley or stops. I saw a change in him 3 weeks after having him on 1 scoop a day. I didnt do the loading phase with more for the first week.

Absolutely LOVE the stuff! And, for the money, the additives are well worth it

I started my gelding about a month ago on MM. He is 17, BUT has NEVER looked as good as he does now. He also has ucler, bleeder and joint additives in his MM. VERY MUCH worth the money!

I have the ulcer prevent, bleeder/breather/cough, joints, and blood flow in the MM for my guy.

I haven't had to deal with ulcers in my gelding (*knock on wood*), he has slight allergies and he hasn't coughed or had bad discharge this year, he hasn't came up sore (*knock on wood*) and he's shinier and better looking than he ever has been. He completely shed out this year, which is the first time in a LONG time he has done that. So I'm a happy camper.

The bay mare we have is on the performance formula and she has ulcer prevent and hoof in hers. Her feet are growing out faster (she has some nasty cracks that need to get gone!) and she had symptoms of ulcers when we first got her. A few months on THE with the preventative and she's symptom free. Of course she's also outside with hay 24/7, so we are doing all the good things to prevent them too.

If you're like me and you're just trying to PREVENT bad things from flaring up, then the additives should be just fine. I've had great luck with THE.

We have 4 horses on a mix: MM,arthitis, joint, and ulcer protect. My mare that I barrel race on and my daughter ropes on was looking pretty shabby. Her top line looked bad and couldn't get her to bulk up. Then we have my daughter's barrel/breakaway horse that is pretty racey built. Both of them are really looking wonderful and feeling great. The best story is my daughter's old rope mare. We loaned her out and a year later she came back looking like those awful rescue horses you see. Tried all sorts of stuff but finally put her and the other old guy on it and she's gaining!
We also feed 1 lb of Renewgold, 1/3 c. Redmonds Conditioner, and 1 cup DE. That all gets split in half for 2x per day feeding.

I hardly sell any of the "full strength" products. I've had people have great results with just the additives. I really think it all depends on your horse, I would try the additives and see how they work and then go from there.

My mare gets MM with ulcer, joint, hoof, & immune added...before when we would go to a show she wouldn't eat & would be really nervous, plus would bite when I would tighten the cinch (all signs of ulcers).  She doesn't do any of that when she is on her MM, she hasn't needed her hocks injected in over 2 years, my farrier says her hooves are growing and stronger than before, and she hasn't been sick once since I've had her on it.  That's proof enough for me...oh, did I mention that she's also 28yo and still wanting to go?

Started my 8yo on it just a few days ago - started her on Lady's blend to get the initial servings in her, then the first of June she'll start her own blend...probably MM with immune, ulcer, & joint to start out with.
