I just think it's hilarious.  It's hard to imagine that tortoises have a personality until you live with one.  He hadn't had fruit for about a week (they are grazers) but he wanted some this morning and knew darn well where to find me :)

Every time I go out to the porch to "chill" and if I'm talking to someone in person, on the phone, or to the dogs, he always comes up to me.  Food driven of course.

I just snapped this one today after it "rained" on them (via me holding the hose for them).....soaking in the water with my other Sulcata.  That one will get as big as Moses someday.

I've got nine :)  Only one as big as Moses.  I have another that will be that big someday but not for a while.  The rest will all stay under 3 feet.

Yoda is missing from the first picture.  He's my other Sulcata, only about two years old.  And Moses again chillaxing....

I definitely think the government should focus more on Tortoise Terrorists... and you should have more than one exit from your home.

You ain't seen nuthin' yet... Wait till the horses find out you can be leveraged.... They are also browsers and love apples.. and are much harder to move..
