DePaulo Equine Tranquility and Excel are working great at my house! Tranquility is recommended on stall rest to help horses relax. It's working on my grey ninny, there's been a noticeable shift in her overreactions. If I had one on stall rest, I'd go with it in a heart beat. The Excel for ulcers has everybody eating well. I love how it's smells.
Also , a nibble net to help hay last longer, and probably change to Triple Crown Lite or something where a full feeding is two lbs.
OxyMax is good if your horse for sure doesn't have ulcers. It only works if your horses digestion is up and running. (Tip toeing....no evidence but my own experience...please don't eat me!)

T.H.E. GastroPLUS is a great preventitive and will heal them. It's also made of natural ingredients, it helps the stomach to create it's own mucous to coat and heal. I gave it to the Palomino colt (look for the post about NutraWOUND) when he cut his chest and got hurt and was on stall rest for a good 4+ months. It kept him on his feed and he was big about fretting where the other horses were. Also it has a money back guarantee. Message me if you are interested.

I built a pen out of panels in the pasture for my mare when she was on stall rest so she would not be isolated inside the barn. It was relatively simple to move around the pasture to keep a fresh supply of grass. She also had a hay bag hung in the pen. It worked for her.
