Location: Winging It in KY | Wondering if anyone has had any lameness work done with any of the vets at Equine Medical Associates in Lexington, KY? They have a Lameness Locator there but I have never had any dealings with them. Just wanting some feedback from someone, good or bad as I am thinking of maybe using them. Thanks in advance.

There seems to be 11 vets there.
Morehead, Peterson, Whitman, Luna, Murrell, Morgan, Berk, Marsh, Prichard, Cameron, and Hichborn. Maybe they are more geared towards hunter / jumpers? Not sure.

I called about prices and they seemed somewhat reasonable but they have no actual clinic to work from, they come to your farm. Seemed odd. That is why I am checking to see if anyone has used them. |

Location: Oklahoma | When I worked for Three Chimneys Farm in Lexington, Morehead was the farm vet. AWESOME to work with... I'd use him again in a heartbeat. So knowledgeable and I would trust any vet working with him. |

Location: MN | Jeremy Whitman at equine medical is great. Hes done all my lameness work .Hes a Roper and was a vet at the 6666 ranch prior to moving to KY. |

| AGREE WITH THE PREVIOUS 2 POSTS. AWESOME VETS. THE REASON THEY DON'T HAVE A CLINIC TO WORK OUT OF IS, ALL OF THERE WORK IS DONE ON THE FARM OR AT THE KEENELAND AND FASIG-TIPTON SALES. THEY ARE THE VERY BEST! |
