I have always had scammers email me but never call. Posted a horse for sale today and just had a gentleman call me. The number was blocked and he said he was from Nevada. Asked if I would take any less for the horse and then told me if I would take $1000.00 less that he would wire the money to me. It was just strange that he didn't ask me hardly any questions about the horse at all and once I told him I would have to call him back he gave me his phone number but when I asked for his name he would only give me his first name. Just wondering if I am being overly cautious?

It does sound a bit suspicious.......I would tell him that you will NOT lower the price and you have to have ALL of his information for the Bill of Sale....you will probably never hear back from him.
