I rode English. My friend needed help riding her super green HUS filly at a show back home and I happened to have my boots in my truck so I hopped on. Harder than I thought it was. Super sore! And so much fun! I had a big sorrel show gelding a couple years back that went super nice HUS/Hunter Hack and the last time I rode him English was at a show (actually same friend), entered me in HUS without telling me and gave me her jods/boots/jacket. I had never ridden him English before then and managed to place second. I think the horse show bug hit me again. Maybe I'll pull out my barn owner's English saddle and throw that on my 14.1hh cow pony.
