Well I kinda rescued him I saw him this weekend and they told me he was headed to an auction ( not a good one) I just couldnt let it happen so I made an offer and they took it!!! Meet Booze He is a four year old son of Paddys Irish Whiskey out of an own daughter of Tanquery Gin. He was bred by the Four Sixes. So far he has been the absolute sweetest thing every. I was told that the man that owns him has some sort of connection with the 6s. He buys these colts and dumps them on pasture, then trades them off at auctions like Stephenville and Lufkin or sends them to the border patrol. Made me sick to think of so I bought him. He was just so sweet I fell for him. ( I dont usually do that !!! LOL ) I couldnt stand the thought of him ending up poked and whipped at an auction or with strangles or who knows what else. I rode him yesterday and he doesnt really know anything but was virtually bombproof.

Thank y'all for all the nice comments. He does need a little TLC but I think he's going to be great. Herbie my hubby says I only liked him cause he's a boy version of my mare. Lol.

Im not sure, all they said was Stephenville. I dont know any of the auctions in that area. But yes, I told them if he brought any more in to contact me.
