I use 3-5 cc in mouth on my colts it really helps them focus give to them bout 15 min before I warm them up
I also found on womenandhorses.com essential inbalance oil comes with DVD to show how to use it really works.
horses carry emotions in their nostrils, use this oil in nostrils and massage all around mouth etc dvd shows all acupressure points LOVE THIS!
