Hey everyone, I don't get on here that often but I recently won a Cactus saddle that I get to order and somewhat customize. I was wondering if anyone had any opinions about the bicycle style seats. This is going to be a ranch cutter style saddle (won it team sorting and have been wanting a cutting type saddle for awhile). I'm either going with a bicycle seat or a hard seat, either wil be surrounded with rough out to make me stick. Let me know what anyone thinks about them. I wound really appreciate it!

I have a bicycle seat on my TC, and while the saddle itself is comfy...where the seat ends and the hard portion begins is an, um...more sensitive area. So riding it for a while can be uncomfortable. I think it would be fine if it was all a hard seat or the bicycle portion ended just an inch or two forward, but it's still wonderful to run in. Good for you on your win!

Thanks, I didn't even think about that being an issue, definitely something to think about. They have a "bicycle star" seat where a tip of the seat extends farther forward. Wonder if that would be good. It looks kind of cool so I'm torn between that and a hard seat
