| I have been recently looking for a treeless saddle. I tried my friends TM and did not like the feeling of not being able to get up and over my horse. So, I thought about getting a JBN. I have read many bad reviews about that saddle however. Then, I came across the Sibley UltraFlex saddle. So far, I haven't read a bad review about it. Do any of you guys ride in one? How is the quality and does it hold up well? Does it fit a variety of different shaped horses? They seem nice from the pictures I have looked at but I would love to see one in real life before I would want to consider to buy it. |

Location: God's country | I just bought a used one and so far, like it really well. I have the range of treeless. I have a Bob Marshall, Tammy Fischer and now the sibley. I've ridden it on my 3 year old and am just really impressed with it. I bought it for a small cowbred horse with no withers that my other treeless would roll on. She is now battling EPM so I haven't ridden her in it yet, but have sat it on her and I think it's going to work fine. At this point, I would definitely buy another. Good luck saddle shopping can be tough! |

Location: Kansas (but Great Lakes member since 1978) | Ridden my Sibley for many years and really like it. Also have a Bob Marshall. I like it too. People that can't get "up over their horse" on a BM are usually getting them too small in the seat. You need a little bigger seat on them so you don't feel trapped. I've had both of mine for years and absolutely love them. Also light weight so with my old tired body that's a bonus.

Location: NC | I actually just got a used sibley for my appendix built qh. Love it. Very comfy and fits like a glove. Ran for the first time in it this weekend and its great. Didnt really want to spend the money on a new saddle but after riding in this one, if something happens to this one i would. |

Location: Texas!!! | I have one Im selling, I love this saddle. love it. It is comfortable, fits great on my horses but I got it to big for me so gonna try to find a smaller size. I got the 15.5 inch with the 5 inch cantle because they said order alittle bigger with the 5 inch cantle because it makes it fit like a size smaller. I should have gotten a 15, so it would fit like a 14.5. |

| I had a martin i took in as partial trade for a horse, that was sold traded for,a,sibley other than leather being a little thin i loved the was it rode it was, probably the best balance seat,i ever rode in i had someone wanted to,buy it i made money on it. I have a horse, that is battling some sorness issuses and got, sore in his back went back,to my bob marshall he rides fine but the sibley would have suited me better. I,would like to,find a 13.5 that is really beat up that i could take to my saddle maker and put new leather on it. It hopefully fix my horse. |

Location: Probably On the Road to the Next Barrel Race! | I have 2 SIBLEY,S, I love them, but know that they are crappy cheap leather... If you buy new, apparently they now have an "upgrade" leather , I would highly recommend that...just saying'. They fit as well as anything I,ve ever ridden, but best on a horse with good withers. mine will roll a little on a mutton withered horse. As far as ride ability, they are fab at keeping your feet in front of you. I rode Bob Marshall for years, and a Tammy Key, but this feels nothing like that, to me they ride like a treed saddle... |

Location: hot, humid and dry...Gulf coast East of Houston.. | I have had mine for several years, I love the way it rides, and the comfort and balance it has. But I have had problems with the leather... I have sent it back 3 or maybe 4 times now because of issues. They have fixed it every time, and the customer service is great, but its still a PITA. The leather is CHEAP... Its a shame really that they dont automatically use the upgraded leather with the price they get for their saddles. That wasnt an option when I ordered mine. I dont ride much anymore, bu I will say, that even with all the issues I have had with that saddle, I would order another one. I would make sure that it was with the better quality leather. If I recall correctly, she is having them made elsewhere now in addition to PCS. I have never seen one of the new ones in person to compare to. Someone posted that they were very narrow, that is true.. I did have them build mine wider since the horse I originally got it for has no wither. When I was trying on different ones, there was no way the standard ones would have fit my mare. Aside from leather issues, I am very satisfied with it in every other way. |

| I love love love my Sibley! I've used it on a large variety of horses and they've all worked great in it! I would say a dozen of my friends have bought them after trying mine. There have been some quality issues in the past when they were starting out. I had one of the first when they used a different kinda glue and they paid overnight shipping both ways and had it back to me in 3 days after fixing the issue. They also fixed up a few scuffs for free. Really great bunch to work with. I won't ride in anything else now! |

Location: Ellensburg, Washington | I have one and LOVE it! I actually sold a Merrill to buy another Sibley that is getting made as we speak. I bought the first one used and agree with the leather being cheaper. I don't abuse my saddles but they are used and so far haven't had a problem other than a little tear under the fender by the stirrups. Haven't had any problems with fit and both of my horses are pretty wide. |

Location: NC | Heres a pic of my mare with hers. I got it used thru panther canyon. He re-did the gullet and made it wider before he sent it to me. (please excuse the black on her leg, she got rubbed this weekend and dirt sticks to corona)

| They really ride balanced, love the way they ride you feel really secure. I would have another one. I like the 2 way stirrup adjustment.

Location: Bixby, Ok | I had 2 sibleys and loved the ride. Hated having to have a new saddle repairedn4-5 times in 18 months. I live across the street from Allen Ranch saddle shop and he is now making them for Deb as well. I sold my originals and had hi. Make me one. Same ride but much better leather for same price as the others orginal or not upgraded leather! |
