As wonderful as creations is, it is but a minute foretaste of what is to come. Creations is decaying. It is give entropy and subjected to the second law of thermodynamics Therefore, we are living in a temporary world. All of creation is headed for re-creation. That's right; all will be changed one day by our Lord. 1 Corinthians 15:50-58 We will put off this corrupted flesh and put on incorruption.
So here is the deal: heaven is ahead for us. Too many people are trying to create heaven on earth. Do you see the problem with that approach to life? This life ebbs and flows like the tide form hurt to happiness; things change constantly. If we are anchored to the comforts in this world, we will drift into a dark sea of despair. If we are anchored in the unchanging Christ , we will be secure no matter what changes come our way.
Psalm 102:18-28
24 I said O my God, do not take me away in the midst of my days. our years are throughout all generations. Of old You laid the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the work of Your hands.
