It wasn't last night. When the Hound keeps upping the amount of chickens he wants from that dude in the tavern. Then, he says something like, "I know that if you don't shut your mouth soon, I'm going to have to eat every chicken in this place." I couldn't stop laughing. I even pulled it up on Youtube so I could watch it over and over again lol. |

Location: DUMPING CATS AND PIGS IN TEXAS :) | What did the Hound say to Arya when he hit that old man by with the broken cart wheel? She said something like,"Don't kill him. I know a man that could kill you with his bare hands." something like that and the Hound was like, "is that him?" (talking about the really old man lying on the ground) Arya looks at the old man and is shaking her head like, "no" (of course not) and the Hound is like, "good" and goes around her after the man lol......she does stop him...but, he sure makes me laugh lol. |

OMG his death in the books was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much more satisfying!!! I just HATED him for all the stuff he did to Sansa ... I mean over the freakin' top compared to what the TV show put out there.
I'm also a super Arya fan. That girl is awesome :)

he's kind of a pompous tart in real life too. Very high on himself in all of his interviews. |

I agree!! He does seem high on himself in real life too.
The behind the scenes interviews where the Stark kids get to comment while an episode was running ... those were great! I loved them on the season 1 discs too :) I think it would have been really fun being around a great group of people ...
However, I wish they weren't taking so many liberties with the story and adding strange characters in that are not in the books. Dang it!! |

I loved Drogo & think Jamie is HAWT!!!! I can't wait for the last episode & it's quite fitting that it's on Father's Day, hint, hint. I also can't wait for Cersei to get what's coming to her but that would be a huge spoiler & I don't want to give that away to you nonreaders. |

Agree with almost all except Danaerys... her character irritates me. She needs to learn mercy and when to respect people who are helping her.

I'm pretty sure I just might be old enough to be your mother so I sure understand and I'm sure she wanted to crawl under the sofa too..LOL I think she said, "I used to do that with your Dad." lol and then my ears started bleeding lol.

She needs to learn mercy and when to respect people who are helping her. My fav is (was ) Oberyn and Bronn, love his easy thought process and logic.
Daenerys character isn't as well followed or fleshed out in the show as it is in the book. Obviously they can't really show everything but I have been a bit disappointed in that aspect. Granted in the books she goes through a bit of a phase too so may be as the show progresses they will bring her character growth more to the forefront |

That is HILARIOUS..... But something I'm glad I've never heard. Lol
I have a hard time with the child/baby killing/sacrifice/abductions - when they left the last of Crastor's babies in the woods I BAWLED for twenty minutes. And anytime they show Gilly and Little Sam living in that brothel I have an emotional meltdown. Please tell me I'm not the only one? Lol maybe I'm just crazy because I'm pregnant? Or is it hard for every mom to watch those scenes? |

"I could see how she's into her brother, he's hot"
"Did you see that?!? He just CUT. OFF. His. HORSE'S. HEAD."
"I love the Hound"
"WHOA! Did you see his head?! It was like if you dropped a watermelon off a building!"

I dunno, but I wish her darn black eyebrows would have burned off and grown back a more reasonable light brown or something. Who the heck is in charge of this in production? Can they not see those Brooke Shieldsapillars crawling on her face?? |

Read the books and watched all the dvd's but don't have HBO so I have to wait until next year to catch up on the series, bummer! Of course I know what's going to happen, but still! Daenaeris's hair did burn off in the books and she had some pretty wicked butt sores from all those hours in the saddle too(ahem). those of you who have not read the books, I COMMAND YOU TO DO SO FORTHWITH! |

| I've read all of the books and watching the series with my non-read husband. I am VERY proud of how well I keep my lips sealed. ;) I will say, they've done a decent job sticking to the story line. There have been a few things that were didn't happen in the books.... um...Brand in Crestor's camp? Not. I don't even know why it was put in, it made no difference or sense.
I'm surprised at how little they are showing of the dragons and their growth.
Even when I know what's happening next week, I'm still waiting for the next episode.
Oh, and the whole "I have the power!" displayed by Mr. Martin in regards to releasing books makes me ALMOST not want to read the next ones.
There's some debate about which will come first, the tv show or the book. |

If you watch the credits, it lists GRR Martin as having written it for the screen. This is the only reason I am ok with any changes they make - we are obviously seeing the stories how he wants them seen. |

The next episode (or what I think will be the next episode) is one of my favorite parts of the entire series. In regards to Tyrion? Agreed. You guys are killing me here lol!!!
I do believe the Tyrion episode will be the last episode which happens to be on Fathers Day & I don't think that's a coincidence.
Ahhhh!!!! You guys are going to give it away to all the people who haven't read!!! |

Location: Pa | I haven't read the books, but absolutely love the show. Regarding Ramsey: although he is a horrible cretin in this show, he was also in a show called Misfits, where I totally fell in love with his character, so it kinda makes it hard for me to totally hate him here. =/ Maybe I'm a little cray cray too for that! lol But that is a great show also if anybody wants to check it out. At least the first 4 or 5 seasons I think, until they start changing most of the best characters. |
