With God all things are possible

Have you ever stopped to think about all the "but God" moments in Scripture? From the very beginning , man has always missed God's mark, making himself vulnerable to the consequences of sin, but time and time again the faithfulness and mercy of our Father God has allowed us to experience grace.
God certainly demonstrated grace in the case of David, but God also remained true to His word. God's covenant with David did not change as result of David's sin. Though David faltered , God remained faithful.
It's hard to believe that elements of this covenant are available you and me. Yet Scripture clearly teaches that God loves us and desires a covenant relationship in spite of our sin. His faithfulness will not fail.
This does not mean our sin is without consequence. Sometimes we will experience the pain caused by our sin, while at other times we will not. Occasionally we will be able to make restitution for our wrong doings, but often this will not be an option. Either way our sin has been punished Jesus took our stripes, He was beaten with our rod, and He certainly is the rock of our salvation.
Let God know how grateful you are that His graciousness is not based on your goodness. THANK Him today for keeping His word even when you fail to keep yours.
Psalm 89:24-37
36 His seed shall endure forever, and his throne as the sun before Me. 37 It shall be established forever like the moon. Even like the faithful witness in the sky.
FOR IT IS WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE.
HAVE A VERY BLESSED TUESDAY KNOWING GOD WILL REMAIN TRUE TO HIS WORD. AMEN
