I just replaced the wooden floors in my stock trailer a couple months ago. What is the best thing to do to seal them and protect/preserve them? I have put a few coats of a linseed oil mixture on them already.

I can vouch for Flex Seal or the same type sealant paint stuff that Rustoleum makes as a moisture barrier on a wood floor and also spray it up a few inches on the walls, that's the most vulnerable place to get rust first from urine.....

That seems like a good idea. Does it need to be applied heavily? My floor has mat's on top on them but they already have a tiny amount of surface mold on them. Can I just apply the flex seal on top of it?

Clean it the best you can and when it's dry, spray a light coating but completely cover the wood because the spray is thick...I fixed my big Rubbermaid water tank with this stuff, and I made the mistake of putting too much on at first and it got globby...you can always apply another lighter coat on top, but let it all dry well beforre you put your mats back on it. You won't have any more mold, that's for sure!
