That's exactly how I see it. Eric has now stepped down as House majority leader. Personally I think we've lost a good man.

Yep I have family that did just that. Dem's that voted against cantor. But I don't think they well get the district. AS FOR Cantor I will not miss him. I used to like him but he became to much inside the beltway.

this will be an easy win in november for him......super strong red district......and it is correct that he had absolutely no 'tea party' support.....so this is certainly not a 'win' for the tea party |

Location: Bastrop, Texas | Whenever the topic of hypocrisy came up, I commonly used Cantor as an example of a hypocrite from the GOP. He was supposedly so outspoken against the $900 billion stimulus bill, yet when it came it to celebrate the groundbreaking ceremony for the fast rail train in Virginia, old Eric was right there cheering and bragging about how his efforts brought all of this about.
You won't likely see this kind of thing happen over on the Democrat side. They all march in lock step. I challenge anyone to give an example of one of our more liberal BBs openly criticizes a fellow liberal. The Nazis didn't do it either. |

| Our local which is richmond said the margin was too large to say it was the democrats voting 56% to 44% they had people in the district saying what we all,are saying get people in there that will listen. People are tired of bs. |

| Cantor is moving very quickly to resign his GOP position and vacate his office ...
I guarantee you that Rove, Boehner, McConnell and McCain and the old established GOP has already made him a millionaire to attack tea party candidates state to state .... which would be right down his revenge path!!
And they will pile on with Obama to get amnesty done for the 22 million ILLEGAL muslims hiding in the USA while using the Mexicans and now kids as a distraction!!!!
AMESTY HAS ALWAYS BEEN FOR THE MUSLIMS NOT THE MEXICANS ... |
