| Hi everyone! It's been awhile so I figured I'd check in. We've been busy around here. The Kiddo has been training the Scrutinizer 3 year old, we got a 2 year old Ivory James filly from my folks she's getting ready to start and I bought the yearling Pappasito filly out of Vegas's dam.Vegas and the Kiddo have been doing well. They are living the rodeo dream and are actually making money. She's been placing at some good sized rodeo's and is currently sitting in about the 15th hole nation wide in the Rookie standings with just about 7 rodeos under her belt. She set a new arena record a few weeks ago at a jackpot so we've had a lot of excitement. We also recently found out that the article that On The Rodeo Road did on her is being shared and talked about in Australia so that's very humbling. I hope this post finds everyone doing well. Remember to work hard and follow your dreams because they will come true. We are very excited for the next few weeks as she got a perf in Greeley and Cheyenne is just around the corner too! |

| Thanks! She had a rough college season. She was very good at hitting that 11th place hole in both goats and barrels. She was getting very frustrated. Then all the sudden, Vegas started working very well and they don't plan on looking back. |

Location: In The Land of Cotton | This should be the best time of her life. I have been following her. She, you and her father and your parents should all be extremely proud. It's nice to know (well here on BHW) someone who has started from the bottom, on home grown and doing so well. Keep it up! |

| Aww, thank you! We are all very proud of the both of them. The joy in mom and dads eyes when they watch the videos is priceless. My mom actually joined Facebook so she could keep better track of them. Lol! |

| I will try and do a better job with theupdates. I've been working some crazy hours during the week and traveling with her on the weekends so it doesn't leave me with a lot of free time. But I wouldn't trade it for anything. |

My daughter went through that all through her Jr & HS rodeos. If she needed a top 4 she'd get 5th and if she needed a top 10 she'd get 11th and if a rodeo didn't count for anything she'd win it. Very heart breaking. Tell them to keep on working towards their goal!!! |

| She ran in North Platte last night. Is sitting4th with one perf left. Won her perf by 4/10ths with a sliced 1st barrel against Tana Poppino and Nicki Steffes. Other girls that have gone are Britney Pozzi, Taylor Jacob, Kaley Bass. June Holman, Christy Loflin and Kelly Yates are up tonight so we are keeping our fingers crossed that her time holds. On The Rodeo Road did a really great follow up article on her too. This is so exciting! |
