Location: TN | I'm interested in both PHT and BOT sheets and boots. Enlighten me with your wisdom fellow BBs!
BOT - I've read a few horror stories of BOT boots causing swelling and other lameness issues the first time they're used. I'm also concerned about the BOT creating too much heat on a warm horse in the humid summer weather we have. Do you use your BOT products year round? Before a run/workout, after, or both? What differences do you notice in your horses with the sheet and/or quick wraps or hock boots?
PHT - I'm a little skeptical of magnetic therapy - what differences do you notice in your horses with the sheet and/or hock/leg boots? I like that I haven't heard of anything bad happening with PHT, but I wonder if it would be as effective.
My boy gets hock injections and he's struggled with neck stiffness/alignment issues, and he gets a little nervous if he's alone at the trailer at rodeos. I can't afford everything so what do you think would be most beneficial: sheet, hock boots, 3n1/quick wraps? |

| I don't know that much about BOT other than they keep heat in. I love PHT though! Vegas lives in her PHT bell boots and blanket. All I know is that she is staying sound and healthy. Not a lot of rodeo horses can say that. She is on zero bute, banimine or any other NSAID for that master so that alone speaks volumes to me. |

Yes it is, even his Nero surgeon can't believe it! |

Location: MN | My husband steals the PHT 3 in 1 wrap from my barn to use on his elbow. I know when I someday get a sheet he's gonna steal that to sleep on himself! |

Location: Jersey Girl | I have the PHT 3 in 1's. With regular use they do seem to extend the time in between hock injections for my gelding.
I have the BOT mesh sheet and neck cover. I do love how they really seem to loosen him up. I do not, however, use them when it is hot out. Cool weather only. |

| Both products have there Pros and Cons but I Love the products with Celliant in them. They do some great work with Out any side affects and best of all less expensive then both of the others.

Location: Tex. Panhandle | I love my pht's. It took my mare getting hocks injected before I bought anything pht. Purchased hock boots for her. She gets them anytime she is on the trailer for more then an hour or standing tied waiting to run. She will fall asleep at the trailer with her hock boots on and we have not had any more injections at this point. After seeing how well the hock boots worked, bought a blanket. My gelding actually gets more time in it. He was really sore/out in his back and we tried several things before i got him chiro'd. I can tell the difference between him having his blanket on during a haul or not when i go to ride him. I can see and feel the difference in how my horses work when they have their pht's on. I have saved up enough for a second blanket and will be purchasing shortly so the ponies dont have to share. Plus the blankets are light enough they can be worn in the summer (my mare runs hot, and she is ok with wearing it in the summer) and they can be worn under blankets in the winter! |

Location: TN | Looks like PHT has a few more supporters that have seen results. I like that you can use it in all kinds of weather, not just cool weather. Guess I better start saving my money for a hood, 3-n-1s, and a sheet! |
