What did you have custom made and what did it cost? I want to put my mare on equibone but I have to take her off all other VitD3 & calcium but I'm afraid to take her off the muscle mass. It's the only thing that bulked her butt up.
I just got off the phone with a rep. I'm supposed to get a quote tomorrow. I'm nervous lol.

Did you talk to THE about your concerns? They might can mix something for you.
I have 2 horses on THE both are getting muscle mass and joint. And then one is on ulcer prevent, and the other the senior. Both my horses do well on it and Krystal (wyoming barrel racer) is great about answer questions, and helping figure out what you need.

Don't worry I can help. I want you to call your Vet and ask him/her if they was concerned if the V D3 is either organic or synthetic.?
Let me know I can re formulate the MM for you and it won't be a problem and it will still work.
Thank you Bob!!!! The concern in the imbalance of having 2 supplements that have the D3 & calcium. The equibone is supposed to help the body absorb and redistribute the calcium properly in the body which is supposed to (possibly) get rid of her spur in her stifle.
She is currently on MM ulcer, joint & arthritis and wound 2x. She has done AMAZING on it so I don't want to take her off. I'm afraid of what her condition will do if I take her off of it but surgery is my only other option in getting rid of the spur. She's only 5 :/

I have a new formula that is now being tested at the track that should break down spurs. It has been 2 months and the Vets will be scoping soon to see how much of the spurs are gone.
I am sure that it will work but I will see after the 4 horses are checked out.
I will let you know what the results are as soon as we are done with the study
