Can anyone please give me some advice on where i can find a generic entry form (?) for a barrel race.. We have put on many Rodeos, but never just a barrel race.. any help would be great!

Exhibitions 4:30-6:30pm $5 or 3 for $15
7pm Open 4D $50 plus $5 office fee - 1/2 1/2 whole second splits.
3D Youth and 3D Senior incentives $25 with full second splits - run in same draw. MUST declare if you would like to carry time over or run twice when singing up!
