So some of you may remember my video critiques. I ended up taking him back to the vet and we discovered his hocks are fusing. Injected both lower hocks and I ran him for the first time this past weekend. I notice a night and day difference! He actually wants to stop and turn.
To me, he FEELS 100% better. He was still cross-firiding a bit here and there. However, in our barrel run, I completely screwed up his first barrel. Then I had to leave it wide in order to save it, which set us up really bad for the second. So I would like to see what his footwork looks like when I actually get my poop in a group, as the rider.
He had an awesome run for me the day before, but the person I asked to video didn't hit the start button correctly. So alas, I have no video from the day he WON the barrel race.

I am entered up in our first amateur rodeo, in the slack on Saturday. I'm hoping I can snag someone to video us. I'm feeling excited that he's feeling good!
