For my SO and his family! His great grandpa fell Tuesday late morning and wasn't able to get to the phone and wasn't found until later that evening by my SO's grandfather. He hasn't been doing well for the past several months. Got him to the hospital and found out he cracked his hip and had severe infection throughout his body and he quickly went down hill. We lost him yesterday evening with his family all around him. My SO was VERY close to him and is devastated. Thanks!
