I'm not talking about biting or trying to be mouthy to me. He is very respectful, he just wants to chew on everything that is not me. He will carry away buckets, brushes fly masks, really anything he can pick up. He even chewed up a slick and easy block like a dog. Today I found him chewing on his lead rope while he was tied, when I went to get it out of his mouth I bet I pulled a foot and a half of rope out of his mouth. He is not actually eating anything and is on an vitamin powder once a day, regular worming, ect. He also will stand all 4 feet in the water tank and paw. :-( so maybe his personality is just a pain? Anyone have any thoughts?

I have one just like that. He is now 7 and has never outgrown it lol. He will still carry around buckets and sticks. He will even try to pull blankets off of my other horses. Needles to say his name is curious George and he lives up to his name everyday. I wish I had advice but I don't. If nothing else it is good for an entertaining day when I sit and watch him.

Actually he does go back to psb!!!! Lol. He is out 24/7 with other horses. I've never thought of toys, although I'm not sure how to keep them from being scattered all over the pasture. He is good for entertainment lol, but it would be nice to not haft to hide every bucket, lead rope, halter, brush in the barn. I used to leave everyone's halter hooked on their stall for easy access, then I came out one day and he had managed to get his head through one. He was perfectly calm and just gave me this "would you please get me out look".
