Looks like the L&W #327, but if it isn't stamped L&W, it's probably from Shallow Creek or possible Carolina bit.

While looking at reinsmen bits I found one similar except yours dont have the dog bone in the middle

Thank you both!

TOGM - You gave me a lead there. Looks alot like the 170 when comparing the shanks.

Or should I say side pieces, not really a shank like you said.
