Location: Texas | Been a while since ive been on here! All is well in my area! Recently moved into a bigger house with more land yay! Got a new truck that is more mom friendly lol..no longer a jacked up four wheel drive stick shift. Boo :( But I have to say I am enjoying the AC in the new truck LOL! We also have two dogs now! Of course my main girl Diva is still here, but we also have a new pup! His nae is rascall and he is a black tri mini aussie. Very smart dog. Too smart for his own good really. We've butted heads a few times but hed rather be a good dog and listen than get yelled at lol!
I now have two horses yay!! A 15 year old stallion who was in rough shape when I got him in April, scoring a 2.5 on the body condition scale. He has 521 halter points, a few world titles in western pleasure and points in hunter under saddle! He hasnt been shown in YEARS but im hoping to change that soon! After many vet visits, lots of food, and changing his diet twice, he should be ready next year to start training again! Im so excited! His papered name is Dual Design, he is an appaloosa and the sweetest thing ever!

And yes I am 7 months pregnant in this picture LOL!!
My newest horse is my brood mare, I bought her July 20th :) She too is in rough shape. Scoring a 3 on body condition scale, she was riddled with wire cuts. Looks to have run through a fence she had cuts on her chest, barrel, and all four legs. A swollen knee and swollen rear fetlock. Poor girl was lame as all get out. Ive just been doctoring her cuts and finally got all the swelling out of her poor old joints. Shes not lame anymore at least :) Shes just going to have a few babies for me and then retire as a pasture puff :) She is just a doll to handle and I cant wait to see what she produces! She too is an appaloosa!

And lastly...Im FINALLY 8 months pregnant. T minus 8 weeks! Or less hopefully! Now that Im getting bigger and no longer comfortable Im spending more time inside and less time on a horse. Im bored as heck! So im sure you'll see my opinionated butt on her more and more through the next two months lol! But for your enjoyment, heres a picture of me at 30 weeks 4 days. Im now 32 weeks! YAY!

JUST what I am looking for a quiet horse that maybe I can run someday and he is my FAVORITE breed! You have done an excellent job with him. |
