I'd be down there in a heartbeat if it weren't for international tuition lol. But phone plans- buy a pay as you go phone down there. That's what some of my friends did.

I may be wrong but I think under 18 yrs old has to have parent signature to open a bank accounts. Most banks have minimum deposit of $100 to open an account. . I remember at 10 yrs old I had my own checking acct and my signature was all that was required on the checks i was writing. My parents just had to guarantee the account.
