I made a post a while back but didn't get a whole lot of replies. Last year at NBHA open world me and my friend finished 2nd in trick or trot. We want to be 1st this year. But we're kinda stumped on ideas. The NLT things we've came up with so far is the movie Frozen but I'm thinking that's what everyone else will do too. Last year we was a military helicopter so this year we talked about being a military tank but we got a lot of negative comments last year because some military people thought we was being disrespectful even though we wasn't at all. I was very hurt by one person in particular that was very nasty about it. I would never ever disrespect any one in the military in any way. Those if you that remember my Memorial Day rant know why. Anyway, due to that we're not going to do a tank. Due to personal reasons I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to do a tribute to all the fallen soldiers regardless of whether we won or not but not sure how to go about doing it. If you have any ideas on how we might could do that or have other theme suggestions I would love to hear them. Nothing is impossible or too hard and my mare is a Saint when it comes to doing anything I ask her to. We worked on last years costume for months so we got to get the ball rolling.

It's kinda like trick or treat with kids except you dress up your horse and they parade you around the arena then the judges vote on the best. We're guessing last year there was around 70 in it.
