| I don't know anything about Plexus Slim but I have been drinking the Isagenix shakes and have lost 20 pounds and my husband has lost 15 pounds. We both feel better also. We haven't done the 2 day cleanses or even used all their products - just drank the shakes. It's kind of expensive but so worth it! |

In 1998, at age 23, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune liver disease (Primary Biliary Cirrhosis). In the last 16 years my cholesterol has never been in the normal range (not because I actually have high cholesterol, but because since your liver regulates that, and my liver is messed up mine always reads high). My liver enzymes for the last 16 years have slowly but steadily gone up (occasionally staying the same) on each yearly blood test. NEVER in 16 years have my liver enzymes or my cholesterol lowered or been normal even while taking prescription meds for my liver disease. I went to the Dr. July 24, 2014 for a yearly check-up. I began taking Plexus Slim the first week of August 2013, so in a years time my results are as follows:
Cholesterol: dropped from 271 to 213
Alkaline Phosphate (liver enzyme): dropped from 1000 to 618 (normal range is 28-110)
AST (liver enzyme): dropped from 270 to 90 (normal range is 0-40)
ALT (liver enzyme): dropped from 300 to 134 (normal range is 0-40)
You see, it's not all about losing weight (as I really have lost none), but it is about being healthy from the inside out!!! Let's face it, my two options later in life are 1) this disease kills me, or 2) I will need a liver transplant at some point. So the more I can get those values to drop back into the normal range, THE LONGER I WILL LIVE!!! THANK YOU PLEXUS SLIM!!!

Location: New Mexico | I started taking Plexus Slim and Boost 13 days ago. I started looking into Plexus 6 months ago mainly because I had gained 20 lbs in the last year. I am type 2 diabetic and always watched my diet and run 2 miles a day but I kept gaining weight due to my metabolism slowing down due to my age. I worked with my nutritionist over a year cutting calories but when I did that my blood sugar would drop like crazy even with "grazing" all day long. So I started running 4 miles a day again didn't help, with the weight gain I also had less energy and just couldn't seem to get enough rest. I tried a 3-day trial pack of the slim and accelerator and let me tell you just in those three days I felt amazing. I had more energy, was sleeping a full 8 hours of sleep, and loss 1/2 inch off my waist.That was when I decided to try it for 30 days. | Apparently, taking Plexus Slim can cause you to test positive for amphetamines if you are in a job that requires testing or need drug testing for other reasons. The company says that geranium in the product causes the false-positive. I don't take the product but know several people who do. When I read the positive drug test thing and checked to see if there was any validity to it, which there is, I thought well no wonder they are losing weight! Not everyone I know that has tried it has lost weight, though. Just food for thought. |

So this is no longer a valid statement.

I don't know, so am trying that. We shall see. Heck I am walking 4 miles a day you would think something would come off. Oh and also yes I am watching what I eat as I have to because of my digestive system. I never was a pop drinker. Just trying to eat more fruits and veggies and whole foods or wholesome foods. |

you must drink half of your body weight in ounces of water a day too.. that is very important. Also just because you haven't seen any weightloss yet, does not mean the Plexus is not working. It heals you from the inside out, and with stomach/digestive issues that can take a while. I promise it is doing things for you on the inside that you can't see.. and the outside effects can only come after the inside is lined out. Please don't stop.. keep taking it! |

What products are you taking? I understand being up going all night for sure! LOL! Have you had any blood work done before you started and any since to compare.. I promise things on the inside are changing. I sell for cost, so to take just the slim is roughly 2.50 a day (that is with tax and shipping).. so if you are getting lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, leveled out blood sugar, all the build-up of sugars removed from your liver before they get to the pancrease, leveling of hormones, ect.. how can you not afford to do that. The weight loss will come, but Plexus must level everything out on the inside first.. I have been on it for a year and am just now starting to see some weight changes... go back to the first page and read my personal testimony... you can't tell me it isn't benefitting your health. No doctor has been able to give me a medicine that could do in 16 years what Plexus has done in 1 year.

Those little night voices rage sometimes through my head. Never have been able to completely quiet those demons. I take the ProBio 2 in the morning 2 at night. I cannot take the ProBio Cleanse because of my digestive system. Bloats me up. Besides all that is is magnesium and I already take that with my calicum pills. I try not to eat after 7 at night. So you tell me. |

I was taking the drink in the mornings on an empty stomach and got acid reflux (bad) so my distributor suggested I take it before bed and to not take the Benadryl. So I have just started doing it this way. So far today, no acid reflux. |

Good.. You can also try taking with food on your stomach, take it just after you eat breakfast. Just keep playing with it. I am looking into getting some more info for different things you can try.
