The ones I've been around were fractious and could run a hole in the wind but couldn't turn.
Yupp that's what I've heard :-/. Leslie Willis had Washita's Carver a nice grey mare that worked good for her. She is the only one Ive seen bred similar to the colt I'm looking at...

A friend of mine has a grand daughter. Super good looking mare, can flat fly but you put any pressure on her and its a fight. Her mind cant handle the speed and she loses it. She bred her to Jesses Double Dee this year since her mind cant handle the pressure of running barrels.
I have 2 Bill Cole horses, full brother to Ocean Runaway. My 8 yr old gelding is out of Reckless Dash daughter and TB mare. The 6 yr old is out of own daughter of Holland Ease and a Shawnee Bug mare. Yes they can be fractious however I've learned how to work them so as not to get that way. My 8 yr old is a solid 1/2 d horse in tough Texas competition. He was a 5 yr old ot appendix who'd been sitting for 2 yrs. I've really taken my time with him and he's doing awesome. Super talented. He's 16'2 and turns like a little horse. Runs indoor and out and will eat up a standard pattern! My 6 yr old was an unbroke 6 yr old and a rescue when I got hom in March of this year. He is broke now andsuper smart. He is still learning to stay collected at higher rates of speed but I haven't been consistent in riding him.
