Location: ND		My two year old filly came up limping of her front left leg on Saturday.. It was swelled up huge around the ankle, and some pus in coming out by her frog. Also, she has swelling above both eyes. I have been cold hosing it, and did put DMSO mix on it on Saturday and Sunday. Could it be an abscess? Snake bite? My vet should be coming later today, but until then any thoughts on what it could be? THanks!

 I would say the swelling in the ankle is from an abscess.  Since there was pus comming out by the frog.  The swelling around eyes might be allergies.
