speed up the healing of a fractured bone. My 3 year old broke a bone in his pastern and is suffering really well on stall rest but wondered if anyone had tried anything to help speed along the healing or is it just time and standing. We are 2 months in and have had very little healing thus far.

I asked my Orthopedic Surgeon when I broke my arm if there was anything that I could take or do to speed up bone healing time (calcium supplements, etc) and he said that there was no way to make a bone heal faster.

Cowgirl Kat - 2014-08-13 11:56 AM I would do THE NitrOxide and THE NutraWOUND for the first month and then continue for a month on THE NutraWOUND. Love these products!
I'm doing this combo on my crippled and sore mare (muscle, bone issues and post-EPM) and she is doing great on it! Huge improvement and if all goes according to plan I hope to swing a leg over her again in a few weeks.
