| I read on Facebook that Renew Gold has a plan where you send in 10 UPC codes from the empty bags and get a coupon for a free bag...but I can not find info anywhere. Anybody know any thing about it? |

Location: Willows, CA | The way this works is this. Save the bar codes from 10 bags and send them in.

Be sure to include your return address. It is also nice if you include your phone number in case all the information is not clear. We will not call to try to sell you anything. We used to send a free bag coupon, but for stores that do not understand the program that became confusing. We now send a company check for $35, the an average price of one bag. In some places this is a little high, in some a little low. If you are paying more for your Renew Gold please include a receipt from your store, and we will match that amount. We usually do these checks about once per month. If you missed the check day for rebate it may take a little while, but you will be in the next round of checks. I hope this info clears up any confusion. We try to make this a nice easy thank you program to our customer base. |

The dog food will be available from the Rocky Mountains West in about three to four weeks. It should be available in Texas, Oklahoma and LA at about the same time through dealers that deal with Nelson Wholesale in Brownwood TX. Feed trials have been over the top great. |

Location: the end of the rainbow | If I can't talk my dealer into carrying the dog food (which may be tough, I can barely get them to keep the renew gold in stock) I'm going to have a chat with another feed store in town about becoming a dealer. Do you know an approximate cost to the consumer on the dog food?

| I was nervous because I bought the last bag at my little feed store awhile back. They DID restock. I asked her if it was selling well enough for her to keep it full time and she said yes.....
I'm not one to jump on many bandwagons, but this has been a great thing for a couple of our horses with metabolic issues. |

The best answer to a store that prices something high is another store down the street. It is amazing how quickly prices come in line. |
