I am specifically looking for people's opinions. I know what its worth on paper. It does belong to me and I am not selling (at this time). This is NOT an add. I plan to use this trailer for a while to come.
1993 4 Star
aluminum
3H slant gooseneck
stud wall
floor in great shape
matts in horse part that go 1/2 way up walls.
rear tack
A/C
Sink w/ 15gal water tank
insulated wood paneling walls
floor not insulated- covered in wood looking linoleum
boot box
microwave mounted above sink
I added a mini fridge on the floor by the sink (plug in on floor by small "kitchen" area)
4ft shortwall- door in shortwall
1 light over bed, 2 lights over walking area of front of trailer
hay rack
2 lights in horse part
1 light at back of trailer
1 light outside LQ/ dressing room
trailer does not leak
hauls great
everything works
drop downs on head and butt side
row of bridle hooks up high on butt side of the front stall in trailer
The trailer was built with the a/c and an onan generator under the saddle wrack in the back. It has since been taken out. Not sure when that happened. The floor (linoleum) needs re-done (I am going to insulate and put new floor paneling down) and the gooseneck is not insulated. You can tell by looking at the style of the front that it was done several years ago (walls, ceiling, ceiling lights). The little "kitchen" area (sink, counter, plug ins, 2 cabinets, microwave- looks like a hutch made in the corner) was a recent add on.
The trailer is in AMAZING condition for the age that it is. It does need new seals for the doors and such because they are the age of the trailer and coming loose but I have used it in the rain twice with no leaks so just an appearance thing. The drop downs are a pain to close because the latches are old but they all work just fine. The rubber guard on the back end of the trailer looks not 5yrs old. The matts don't look more than a few years old and it doesn't look like there has ever been a horse in the front stall.
Please tell me the $$ worth of this trailer in your OP. Please don't get upset with each other about y'all opinions. I just want to know what people think. I plan on re-doing a lot this winter to modernize it. It looks its age because of the style of the front and the seals on the doors. Don't be shy. I realize I asked OPs LOL.

Ive actually been seeking a trailer with MANY of the same things yours has. So Ive been doing a lot of research. Based on what you've said, i would say 11,000-13,000. Ive found some newer ones (newer as in 1998-2002) that start climbing a bit more 12,500-15,000.
