There is a mare for sale in northern Iowa, I have emailed like 10 times and no reply. This mare was on this sight several yrs ago and my husband and I had arranged to go and see her and he was in a car accident and passed. My gelding I have now is having soundness issues so I was looking for a new one and I was just doing a bored search and she came up. I feel like maybe this is Carma . Anyone have ideas or should I just walk away and stop being hung up on this horse?

When you email them give them your phone number so they know it isn't a scam. Maybe there are some girls from southern MN or northern IA that know the horse. I would change your subject looking for girls in that area. If you have a registered name that will help too. I hope this works out for you. I'm sorry about your husband. Maybe this horse will be back in your life soon!

I did put my phone number on it. What do you think of contracting the original person who had it up for sale. I know I did not keep in contact with only a couple of people I have sold horses to.

What would it hurt to try, do it I would if I was really interested at one time. They may know who they are and might even be trying to help sell the horse.
Absolutely, contact the previous owners and see if they can get you in touch. Can you do an AQHA search to find out current owners name and city? You could search for the phone number or address that way.
