I told my husband that we should start taking our vacations in places that we might want to live just in case California really does run out of water. I lived in the Texas panhandle and couldn't handle the constant wind and freezing cold winters, so I need a mild climate without much wind. Soooooo....any suggestions?

South Texas if you can stand the heat, not to much of a winter here.
