| Ive seen some horses I like by Azoom. I know they lean more to the race side. Other than that I don't know much. So I am wondering what your opinion is on these guys in the barrel pen? What is their temperment like? Thanks for any input! |

Location: Midwest | My friend has an Alazoom 2 yo son (alazoom is by shazoom) for sale (http://barrelhorseworld.com/horsedetail.asp?id=233943). He's very very calm. They had been working on breaking him to ride and he was a breeze... her 11 yo niece was walking him around. She has a bunch of videos on her Facebook. She was going to keep him around since he's so calm, but she needs to downsize her herd a bit so he is for sale. |

| I rode a few out of them that belonged to a race ranch. They had a mare out of Shazoom that they bred to Streakin Six, Royal Shake Em ect. All of the mares out of the crosses were NUTS but all of the studs were very sweet and easy to mess with. Even as 4-6yos that didn't get handled much were pretty easy. The mares acted like the studs should have. |

He has been ridiculously easy to break and is really a nice colt. He is a little small right now, but I owned his dam and saw his sire. I'm positive he's going to grow and can already see him widening out. My 11 year old niece broke him. He is just that easy and he has some power when he takes off.I, also, have a super accident prone Mr. Queens Mystery....but, I'm 99.9% sure that she get's that from her dams side....not the Shazoom side. |

Location: Texas | I had a Shazoom daughter out of a Streakin La Jolla mare. The Shazoom was a half sister to Dashin Czar. I was warned about the Shazoom disposition and how they were crooked legged. My mare was over at the knee, but she was an awesome horse with an awesome mind. Unfortunately she ran with a chip in her stifle for a while before we could figure out why she was falling apart. We took it out surgically but she didn't quite come back in the time frame the vets said she would. So I sold her to a BB on here and she is now in foal to Tres Seis- her baby will be a 3/4 sister to Dashin Czar.
I really loved the Shazoom I had, but I also get along really well with free running race bred horses. She was one you just rode quiet and correct and she would clock. No whipping in-between the barrels and no spurs. |

| Sydney Blanchard has a very nice Azoom. It really depends on what the bottom is. I know of 2 out if Bully daughters that ate showing a lot of promise. The one ran out $100,000 on the track and a 13 year old girl is running him on barrels. He's hit the 1D locally with her. He's still green enough on barrels that a big shows he tends to go back to the track. But they said he has a great mind and personality. |

I bred my mare to Jess Zoomin and got an absolutely gorgeous filly. Hands down the best 2 year old I have ever had. Smart, athletic and did I mention that she's pretty??? Also so willing and has a great mind, I broke her myself and she has been easy. I'm probably going to breed back to him next year! I have a picture of Jess Zoomin from when I saw him at the 6666 ranch, I'm going to try to find it and post it! He's a cool dude. |

| Shazoom is a son of Takin on The Cash and I have sure liked the mares that we have had out of Takin on the Cash. Super Sweet. Although I have not had any Shazoom's

| We have "Red Carpet Zoom" in our barn and I do have to say that I believe that his bottom side is a huge asset to him. He is by Azoom out of a daughter of First Down Dash. He is gorgeous, very sweet, loves to be with us weather riding around home or headed to a barrel race. He has a lot of playful personality. He is not a hot horse at all but isn't lacking any spark either. Not an ounce of meanness in him at all.
"Zoomer" in particular has a lot of "barrel hunt" to him but is also wickedly fast in his straight aways!
I can't speak on any other Azoom colts but I can tell you that 15 minutes around Zoomer and anyone would fall in love with him.
He actually lopes the slowest, quietest warm ups of any horse I have ever had even though he is all race bred! Just simply an intelligent, fun individual.
Red Carpet Zoom currently has over $90,000 in futurity earnings.
