Informal worker .. Illegal alien???
Yep! Gotta love liberals and their constant flow of euphemisms. Cracks me up! One of their many tools of deception. They can't call it what it is....Too offensive, so instead of calling them illegal aliens, they are "informal workers". Here's a bonus factoid: the "informal industry" is one in which no taxes are paid. |

Are you sure that you didn't mean "informal" idiots? |

Location: Bastrop, Texas | They are always taking accurate, true remarks and modifying them. That's because they are constantly probing for phrases and words that will strike a chord and disguise an unpleasant truth. Liberals aren't liberal anymore.....they don't like the pejorative effects of that word, so they change it into "progressive". That sounds better. I mean everyone loves "progress".
Obama doesn't want to destroy or dismantle ISIS. He won't say we are at war with ISIS. He says we need to "manage" ISIS. That sounds much nicer and has a touchy-feely ring to it. Imagine if, in the aftermath of 9-11, Bush would have said, we need to "manage" Al Queda. |

What an excellent point. Of course it would be up to the American worker to learn a new language. |

In all actuality they are in your business. I have to post everything in three languages to satisfy OSHA or get fined. |

Location: Bastrop, Texas | One day I was talking to my Democrat daughter and I mentioned something about how I've never met an "oriental" who was unemployed or on welfare.
I asked her if she could explain that. Her response: "Dad, I don't think they are called "oriental" anymore.....they are Asians." This is how they take conversations in a different direction. |

Oh great! Until the cost of living goes up 30% to cover the wage increase...dumb a** people anyhow, huh? We won't have to worry about what hat we're wearing cuz we be able to afford one! |

Here's a bonus factoid: the "informal industry" is one in which no taxes are paid. That bonus factoid is probably only partially true. According to the Institute of taxation and economic policy, the average "informal worker" family pays 6.4% of their income, while the average "formal worker" family pays about 7% for the same income brackets.
What is crazy to me is that people, including our politicians, spend so much time talking about how much these people aren't paying, when there are entire industries such as the Credit Union industry that has been exempt from paying taxes for the last 80 years to the tune of about $180 billion.
So lets chase the "informal worker's" with pitchforks for their .6% while continuing to pad the executive pockets of tax exempt organizations by 35%. Yeah that makes a lot of sense!

Ill chase them with pitchforks for stealing American jobs, lowering the wages here and trying to change our country into the shit hole they fled from.
And you sure seem to put a lot of trust in this documentation of undocumented people....

| I know and deal with several on a regular basis. From my perspective those numbers seem to be accurate. The ones I deal with are employed in agriculture. They pay taxes just like the legal employees however they are not able to receive a tax return like the legal ones. They are hard working people, who believe in god and family values. I would trade them for about half of the American population as we stand today. |

Lots of stories about good, hard working people who get deported etc while the lowlives still run free. Then you have American citizens living near the border who are scared and fighting off said lowlives...being hurt, stolen from, and hazed.

| I agree with the lowlives, it is unfortunate that some of them come here also. But we seem to grow our fair share that don't need to cross a border. |
